He is currently an Executive Coach and Chair with The Executive Committee Canada Canada\, a membership organization working to accelerate the growth and development of Canadian business leaders. \nOver his 30 year career\, Mike has successfully led numerous for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.  Most recently Mike was the founder and CEO of Profoundry\, a collective group of organizations\, including Delphi\, GLOBE\, CBSR and Leading Change Canada\, that are dedicated to building a more sustainable\, prosperous and social just future.  \nMost of Mike’s career was focused on supporting hundreds of organizations\, including more than half of Canada’s top 100 firms\, to develop and implement strategies that helped enhanced profitability while reducing their environmental impact.  \nOn the personal side\, Mike is passionate and committed advocate to tackle climate change and to mentor and support current and future leaders who are passionate about making a positive difference. Mike loves being in nature\, especially the mountains\, and staying physically fit\, working out\, skiing\, playing golf\, hockey\, and many other activities.  I have also had the privilege to travel to more than 35 countries\, including New Zealand where I met my beautiful wife of now 30 years.  We have two amazing adult children and two dogs. DESCRIPTION:Le MOOC (Massive open online course) Développement durable : enjeux et trajectoires est une formation en ligne et gratuite fournie par l’Institut EDS de l’Université Laval\, conçue par François Anctil\, PhD et Liliana Diaz\, PhD\, en collaboration avec Claudia Laviolette\, PhD et présente des interventions d’une douzaine d’expert.e.s pour aborder les concepts de base liés au développement durable.  \n\n\n\nL’édition 2026 du MOOC se tiendra du 3 mars au 27 avril 2026. Cette nouvelle édition s’appuie sur une version entièrement actualisée du manuel\, intégrant les plus récents résultats des rapports du Groupe d’experts intergouvernemental sur l’évolution du climat (GIEC) et proposant une réflexion renouvelée sur les défis du développement durable pour la période 2015–2025.
